Speaking & Guided Experiences

Bio

Gargi Sen is a New York–based attorney, nonfiction writer, and creator of Unsquashable Girl, a writing and speaking platform exploring dignity, emotional safety, belonging, and the practice of noticing.

Trained as a lawyer and holding an MBA, she brings a grounded, analytical lens to deeply human experiences, helping audiences name what they've lived and find clarity without spectacle. Whether through writing, speaking, or guided experiences, her work invites people to slow down, pay closer attention, and reconnect with what matters most.

Above all, Gargi is your guide to noticing.

Guided Contemplative Experiences & Meditative Walks

Gargi designs and leads guided contemplative experiences that blend storytelling, symbolism, nature, and mindfulness. Rather than focusing on information alone, these experiences invite participants to slow down, notice more deeply, and discover meaning in the ordinary world around them.

Each experience is built around a simple idea:

There is abundance in plain sight.

Participants leave not simply having visited a place, but having learned a different way of seeing.
